OBAFEMI O. OGUNLEYE

Obafemi is the founder and principal consultant of OOO Projects. With over a decade of experience in higher education research, project management, and program evaluation, Obafemi brings a deep commitment to rigorous methodology and evidence-based decision making. His professional experience includes partnerships with colleges and universities, cultural institutions, government agencies, NGOs, and international development organizations worldwide.

He holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business. Currently, Obafemi is pursuing a doctoral degree in Comparative and International Development Education at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, with a minor in Program Evaluation studies.

Through both independent consulting and collaborative engagements, Obafemi is committed to delivering sustainable, evidence-driven solutions that advance education and development initiatives globally.
